For admission you need prescription from consultant and provide Copy of CNIC to our reception. They will prepare your file which carried Admission form and information checklist. At the time of admission they will hand over 2 Attendant passes and brief you accordingly.
For Discharge the concern department will prepare discharge summary after getting order from consultant and will be sent to billing department for clearance.

Our Visitors hrs.’ as: 9am to 12pm and 7pm to 10pm.
In order to provide a more restful environment for our patients, on most of the nursing units, children under 10 years of age may visit for only 15 minutes. In the Maternal Child Unit no visitors under 12 years of age are permitted except siblings of the newborn. In the Pediatrics Unit, no visitors under the age of 18 months are permitted and must be accompanied by a parent.
We require everyone entering the Hospital to identify themselves and their destination within the hospital to provide a safer environment for our patients, visitors, Attendant and staff.
Intensive Care Unit patients have no phones in their rooms. Intensive Care Unit nurses will relay information to immediate family members only.

You can get birth/death certificates from Medical Record room Department from Monday to Saturday 08am to 04pm only to immediate family. For this purpose you need to fill Birth Certificate Performa.
